Second, not sure how many times I have to tell you; It doesn't matter what you consider, it IS stealing. You couldn't get off in court by saying "I don't consider what I did to be stealing.". It is, and you have factually stolen things such as music, right? That, by law and definition is stealing, so therefore you are a thief. Why will you not accept that? That's MY question to you, I've answered yours, answer mine.
And if the answer is "Cos I don't consider it stealing.", then you are a man who ignores factual law for his own purposes. At LEAST admit that.

Here's a suggestion, pumpkin. Get over what's going on and leave the thread if it's not to your liking, or stay and stop complaining. Nobody is asking you to get involved, but you have the right to. If you decide to, your right to complain goes out the window. Deal with the apples or don't play under the apple tree, sweetness.
It's not about being stubborn, he has been a thief, or is, by law. Him not considering it to be stealing does not change this, but as usual he is weaselling under fire because he knows. He is on the losing end so he's trying to be the one asking questions rather than answering them himself.
