Immune to magic? So any magical beings no matter how strong cn't effect him.

Well that changes the dynamic's of this battle doesn't it?!?!?!?!?
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or serious. but I'm not going to hazard a guess as to whether or not it changes the dynamic of the battle all that much. I would say the Phoenix is a match for Superman One Million, but really, we've never seen Supes 1 Million defeated by anyone really.. I dunno if he or J'onn One Million really have enough feats.
although, you know what WOULD beat him. If anyone recalls, Superman was drastically weakened by being out of his own time. He was still strong enough to break the time barrier after a few days there, but time manipulation would put him on a much more manageable level.
so... if the others can hold him off long enough, Strange could whip Supes One Million back into the past, bring a team with him (say...Quasar, Thor, Silver Surfer... who in this fight would be on both teams... Ms. Marvel and the Sentry)...and they could probably take him out once he's cut off from the source of his power.
A Phoenix could probably take J'onn One Million with both Captain Marvels (Monica and Mar-vell), Iron Man, Thunderstrike, Moon-Dragon, War Machine, the alternate future Tony, Hercules, and Sersi aiding him.
the fantastic four stalemate their other selves, and everyone else dogpiles the other teams Surfer.
AND you're forgetting that Rick Jones is an honorary Avenger as well. If we are using KMC rules, which we should be, that means he's operating at his best and gets his CC powers which include the ability to summon EVERY HERO EVER.
you're all acting as if the Avengers don't have a prayer, and that's far from true.
