Ms. Marvel and the Sentry)...and they could probably take him out once he's cut off from the source of his power.
A Phoenix could probably take J'onn One Million with both Captain Marvels (Monica and Mar-vell), Iron Man, Thunderstrike, Moon-Dragon, War Machine, the alternate future Tony, Hercules, and Sersi aiding him.
the fantastic four stalemate their other selves, and everyone else dogpiles the other teams Surfer.
AND you're forgetting that Rick Jones is an honorary Avenger as well. If we are using KMC rules, which we should be, that means he's operating at his best and gets his CC powers which include the ability to summon EVERY HERO EVER.

No, the KMC rules state that "That if not stated by the Thread maker, then the character is at his/her CURRENT level of power."

J'onn as Mars was certainly a cool idea, but we didn't really see him do anything other than, well, be Mars. He formed a big head out of sand, and that was about it.
