Those tests are highly inaccurate (well at least the ones I've tried) since IQ can be measured in different ways. Also you can have different "types" of IQ. For example, your logical IQ may be very high while your "social" (for lack of a better word) IQ isn't even close.
But 150 is nonetheless a very high "score".
Me, I'm around 130 (depending on which test I try. I've tried 5 different tests and they place me somewhere from 125 to 138).

You can't register as being from Harvard unless you have an official harvard email, which you typically cannot get unless you are faculty, staff, or student.
I guess he could have hacked someone's, be using a friend's, et cetera....
