WHOOSH!!

That's the sound of something going over your head!

The irony.

The irony squared... lol.

Simon rips his head

BS

ok Simon rips his arms off then

Poeple are aware that Simon is always ionic right? a stab when he looks human will be just as ineffective as a stab when he doesn't.

depends on the writer. Simon was shown to be physically hurt (evenr bruises and stuff) before. however in the latest encounter wolvie's sticks did fail to hurt him 😉

umm.. you know he has blown up in the bast when he has bn ruptured?

i believe the last time was freedom force

do u mean when he died in forceworks?

On the outside, yeah, but internally he's always ionic IIRC. That's the source of his red eyes.

I'm not questioning the fact that he's always ionic...he is. it was that in the past his skin had a human apearence however ionic. i was just pointing that while ionic under some writer could be physically hurt.
now with wolverine it was shown that his claws couldn't hurt him in their alst encounter

Fair enough.

I'm making a Wonder man respect thread. He needs more love.

He can apparently break Thor's skin but the damage doesn't seem to be more than superficial.

Was that comic confirmed to be cannon by the way? I'm still hoping it's not. Loki wasn't even acting in character. Him blatantly creating mischief at that time completely contradicted his plans to pretend to be good in the mainstream Marvel.

It was released as a one-shot eventually.

That would be most appreaciated, I'm just starting to notice that WM is more uber than I thought before (as in, before in this very thread, look for my own posts earlier and I was totally bashing him 😉 )

Wonderman 8/10. At least.

Looks like Wolverine's claws connected in the second scan and I don't see any damage, just a flash of energy.

Plus, there is no dialogue or narration saying that Simon was damaged.(just to stop people from claiming that the flash of energy is proof that he was cut).

Not as laughable as the belief that Wolverine's punch alone was enough to make Thor's head reel... 😕

Wolverine never landed a straight shot. How is that even up for argument?

Wolverine didn't stab Thor in the back.

Did I ever comment that I believed that Wolverine's punch alone was what caused Thor pain?

Haha. Then what the hell do Wolverine fans consider a straight shot? Let me guess, when he tears a character to shreds, it's a straight shot?

Here he strikes Thor's face directly.

How the hell do you not consider that as a straight shot?

Okay I'm confused. You were apparently mocking the believe that it was punches from Wolverine that caused Thor pain yet here your claiming that Wolverine didn't stab Thor? Then what did he do? Punch him? There aren't a lot of options here. You were just mocking that very stance by the way.

It's pretty damn obvious that Wolverine attempted to stab Thor. His very movement suggests that. Who punches like that? And it would follow along with the comic exactly.

You get a comic where Thor's obviously watered down and there entire point of the comic seems to be just to show that Wolverine can break Thor's skin and still you aren't satisfied..

Maybe he tickled Thor! Yeah! That's it! Wolverine's new tickle power caused Thor to reeeel!
