Her brain unwittingly crashed the entire Omniverse on its own.
She then wittingly re-created the Omniverse.
She can't be harmed.
She became an Omniversal god, and remade Marvel.
Why are we debating this?
This is just Wanda gone insane due to the actions of her family. If Strange saw her as an immediate evil threat to the MU then he would destroy her but she was a member of the Avengers and he's a good guy. He instead tried to help her along with Xavier and others. It was contemplated by Wolverine that she should be killed like Jean, but unlike Jean it would be the end of her for good. She is only a mutant with probability powers.

If Wanda was a real evil threat with no family ties to the mutants involved in House of M then Strange could easily stop her from just going insane with his tp powers +the Eye of A if he went all out. If that for some reason failed then his knowledge of black arts would no doubt destroy her.
One can have all the power in the world but can lose.
One example, if when the one with all the power is koed or killed before they can do a thing. Now wanda can certainly be instantly koed by someone like superman for she is not fast enough to respond. Classic Strange might be fast enough to stop time on her and then win at his leisure. After all, wanda still needs to use her imagination to what she wants to do and that takes time.
