First of all just look at what he posted it specifically talks about Satan, "ravage all of existence" In fact if you look at the size of Satan in the scan, Satan is able to cover ALMOST ALL OF THE GALAXY. Also if you look at the scan he questioned simply look at the center of the picture a bit towards the bottom, you can clearly see a planet being shattered as he's moving.

If you watch the episode in English not only does your interpretation go directly against the manga, but if you look at the point directly before your quotes it shows planets being blown up individually and the dialogue heavily indicates that this destruction is taking place over an extended period of time.Here's the scans:

Phenomenol has also failed to explain how Goku is going to make it through D.S.'s shields. As you saw before dispel bound was able to take thousands of attacks from a planet busting level opponent when in simple Majin form. As you saw from the earlier scans, not only can does he have thousands of these shields protecting from all possible types of attack, but he is constantly REWRITING AND REINFORCING them during battle. If you are able to match blasts evenly with someone of that level you are obviously on that level yourself.

AGAIN POST THE SCANS OF WHAT I ASK BECAUSE IT IS OBVIOUS YOU ARE STALLING! DS CAN NOT HANDLE GOKU, PERIOD.

Umm.. How can I be stalling if I'm suggesting we end the fight now? Isn't what I'm doing the exact opposite of that? I've posted all the scans that I believe prove to any reasonable person that Goku would lose. My question was whether or not you want to keep going in this fight or if you just want to let the judges decide now.

Stalling by definition means to extend the time in order to gain an advantage, I'm offering you the chance to shorten the time, yet you continue to claim I'm stalling. Please just give me an answer to my question. Do you wish to continue or not?

Ok to summarize my points:
1) Phenomenol has made the continual fallacy to claim that since in one small piece of the anime they show Buu gradually destroying a galaxy he is a galaxy level thread. This is completely different from the power level showed in the manga which states that he took several years to destroys hundreds of planets. In addition to this Buu was stronger than Goku, so it can't really be said that Goku was capable of this feat since Goku was only able to take out Buu because he was given a ridiculous amount of time to charge up his energy for the spirit ball, which he would obviously not have in this battle.
2) Phenomenol has continually ignored the fact that D.S. is clearly faster than light based upon the the scan from the databook and the original japanese scan that I provided.
3) The highest tier characters in Bastard!! which D.S. falls into have consistently shown Galaxy threat levels of power. We have the archangel Michael who states that Fallen Uriel could "crush/overwhelm the galaxy", we have the Judas pain which is said to have the power to destroy the galaxy, and we have Satan whose physical form itself is large enough cover most of the galaxy.
4) Phenomenol has demonstrated no clear reason why Goku would be able to break through D.S.'s shields which withstood continuous attacks by planet busting and galaxy threat opponents, and which are also being regenerated at insanely fast speeds.
5) IF Goku should for some crazy reason get through D.S's shields he still has to deal with his crazy endurance and regeneration. D.S. is built around a core of eternal atoms and so long as these are not destroyed he will keep functioning. If Goku proved unable to deal with the regen of someone like Buu without the Spirit bomb what's he going to do against D.S.? Also in order to kill D.S. permanently Goku must be able to destroy the soul of his opponent which is clearly not possible for him since we often see the souls of his dead opponents in hell chatting.
As a result of this the result of a battle is quite clear. D.S's shields have taken far worse than anything Goku can dish out, and his regeneration far exceeds anything seen in DBZ, while his blasts are far more powerful than anything Goku would be able to take with feats such as shattering the walls of hell.
Therefore D.S. wins because he has the firepower and the speed to put Goku down, while Goku has no real way to take down D.S.
