Al Gore lost the election...if you lose something, that makes a loser. If he never joined in the election, he neither has a loss nor a win on "under his belt", therefore he can be neither and does not qualify under his own "loser" "winner" standards.
I lost an election for Vice President (of something...not tellin'😉 so I am a loser as well. 🙁
