He does not have power over nuclear explosions nor does he have any great control over other forces outside of magnetism. His control over related forces is limited at best.

You do realize that Storm's powers are far greater than this, right? These are very weak showings in comparison to Ororo. Her lightning is far more potent than those measly thousands of volts of electricity.
