As for whipping your hard drive unless you completely destroy, physically destroy the hard drive the can retrieve information from it. You may make it hard for the average computer geek but as long as there is any trace of the drive they can get info from it.

Great Trail one out of hundres of thousends cases that involves a group that attack the people on floor instead of going after the sites that share the files because they know they will lose.
Also she could sue them for hacking into her computer.

I know all about it thank you very much, I was just under the impression that you actually knew more about removing digital information with the programs like AutoNuke ore Killdisk, at which point no program can rewrite the digital information back. unless of cause you can reconstruct information from a harddrive that is exactly the same as a newly produced Harddrive 😕
Yes if I formate it they can, but if I use Killdisk Ore Autonuke they will no matter what kind of programs they use be looking at harddrive that lookes exactly like a newly produced one. 😬 And if it that is't enough I can always use eraser to further scrample information beneath three lair of noise each above 400 bit.
