Agreed. Usually when someone is good, or aims to get good at a game, they don't let the stuff they finds unbalanced get to him/her. Instead they usually try to overcome said "cheap" tactics.
Also gief is mediocre, and its people that don't want to learn a matchup who are responsible for him(and many other characters) getting nerfed for no reason. The idea of Gief getting his special throws blocked/teched is ridiculous. WTF is he supposed to do then? He doesn't have fireballs to enter the zoning game. He doesn't have divekicks to apply gigantic pressure like Cammy and Rufus. He doesn't have teleports to move closer on people, and the one move he has to cover distance(green hand) is so garbage most Giefs don't even bother using it because if you guess wrong and it gets blocked you are going to eat a fat combo. All he really has is his insane wakeup vortex, and his SPD is crucial to set it up.

I'm disinclined to believe this. I am pretty damn decent in the game. However, being good in a game is nullified when characters like Geif or T.Hawk or Abel or Honda can simply grab you, basically ignoring the move you were doing. Zangeif has many offensive/defensive weapons at his disposal. He honestly deserves to get nerfed considering the way people use him. Remember, balance is only an issue when people make it one.

You're wrong dude. Seriously wrong. People have the right to play their character however they see fit. And they should use their character's strengths to their advantage; otherwise they are going to lose every single time unless they are facing a noob.
Why don't you ask for Ryu/Akuma/Sagat to stop fireballing? Rufus and Cammy to stop their divekick pressure? Dhalsim to stop annoying you with his limbs and insane anti-air normals? And the list goes on. Every character is given tools to assist them in winning. If you choose to ignore these tools its your own fault. Also these tools are what integrate the variety in every character. Might as well just give everyone Ryu's moveset and call it Super Ryu Fighter 4. Not like it would be any different from what it is now with everyone choosing Ryu.

Exactly! I mean damn, let Gief do some damage when he grabs you. He's gotta work damn hard to get that close. Espesially now.
And I am in no way sayin' I'm a beast in this game or even moderately efficient, I just know that when you complain about the same things noobs and trolls complain about, you just look bad.
hahaha I wish you could understand that we're on the same side... I'm simply referring to how play is ONLINE. I 've already said I like the game. Hell, playing endless battle is better than ranked matches. I hate people just picking Ryu and spamming fireballs. I'm a Ken (and Juri) user and you almost never see me spamming fireballs. The combo system (although quite shallow compared to Tekken) is more than enough to earn my victories.

Ken sucks at fireballs. The startup, recovery and speed of his fireballs is bad. Ken shines at rushdown, and even that is subpar when you compare him to Akuma/Cammy/Ryu who all have greater damage output than poor ole Ken. Still I main ken as well so I love him. I just wish Capcom gave him meaningful buffs instead of nerfing the recovery on his light shoryuken. Its not like it made him OP. If scrubs online get raped by a Ken spamming light shoryukens they deserve to lose. Ken needs a faster sweep so his footsies become menacing. Otherwise all he has are Kara-Throw shenanigans and flashy combos that don't do real damage. Shit it sucks how his tatsus are all 50/50.

We are not justifying anything. They made Gief's throws to be untechable and do decent damage for a reason. What happened to Sagat after the insane damage from his Tiger Uppercut was nerfed to hell and beyond? Everyone dropped him.

The game has flaws. Gief's throws doing decent damage and being untechable is not one of them.
The one big flaw the game has is how defensive it is. Weird combo timing with lots of 1frames and a huge window for reversals and dragon punches getting a shortcut, slow overheads etc.
Those are real flaws.

How would you feel if everytime you got up, Zang just grabs you EVEN when you're doing a shoryu (which is supposed to have frames of INVINCIBILITY)?
This question makes even more sense when you substitute "Zang" for T.Hawk, Honda, Abel, or Seth, all of which have NO problem with Spacing. That logic fails here bub.
