* mixed reactions about Ryu's and Ken's ultra... i don't know but Ryu's new ultra is unimpressive and i just can't believe why Ryu has a Shoryuken super move in the 1st place, he is focused in Hadoukens iirc... what i want Ryu to have is another Super Hadouken move, for example: combo punches, a Joudan Sokutou Geri followed by a super Shakunetsu or Denjin Hadouken (without charging)...
* Ken's ultra is too flashy, it's like him performing Akuma's Messatsu Gou Rasen horinzontally, so much for Ken's crazy kicks... i suggest Ken's version of Messatsu Gou Rasen with flames... or combo punches (instead of kicks), LP Shoryuken and ended with a rising Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku... 🙂

the thing is that they already did that with the ultra he has.. kick kcikc kick kcikcikcikcikcik, shinryuuuuuken....
I think they should have taken some nods from some of his crazy MUGEN incarnations supers XD
or hell.. give a nod to violent ken (SVC : Chaos), by having him go crazy for an ultra
Just seen Ryu's Metsu Shoryuken in a gameplay vid against Cody. That move is phuckin' NASTY! A quadrillion times better than ANY Shin Shoryuken and his old Alpha 3 version. The way that 1st punch lifts you up in the air and spreadz you out like kite is amazin'. 😆

You should really see Ryu's Metsu Shoryuken in full. It's badass. I agree about Ken though. I just seen his new Ultra in full and it's pretty lame compared to the SFIV version of his Shinryuken. I vote that they don't borrow moves from ANY other game and just think harder and give him a NEW move entirly.

The old Ultras will look like normal supers compared to what they have now. I'm cool wit that, bring on the SUPER presentation, but everyone isn't. The fans over at Capcom-Unity are ecstatic about most of the moves and thatz mainly who Capcom is listenin' to.

It looked exactly like Goukens shin shoryu, except the screen shook.. ass in the air and jaw folded over face just like goukens
I did really love the emotion that the voice actor put into it.. it really gave it that extra umph... I'm just not really 100% into it.. I mean.. its supposed to be a destructive / dirty hadou... so I dont get why its so clean and epic?.. 😕
Bison (dictator) easily has the simplest and most badass ultra, then probably would be guy's bushin..
akumas looks kinda silly.. but I'm sure it will be much more efficient and easier to land

and then suddenly all the characters have some kind of wind fascination.. rufus tornado slaps, cody wind upper, abels barman toss wind funnel , akumas tatsumaki-lol-kyaku
but yeah.. its going to look silly when Ultra I looks typical and then Ultra II goes so insanely over the top in comparison..
they're also going to have 2 supers, yeah?
I'm also still waiting to see Guiles sonic hurricane, cuz triple-strike is terrible, imo... even if he had his assault super that would help him so much, tier wise

Yeah, the metsu shoryu is much more dramatic and I do really like that.. its just the fact that its a super you'd expect him to have, which disappoints me..also, have you seen goukens denjin hadouken? XD you can block it, and it looks like ass
Over Head Throw+Denjin Hadouken (wall bounce)+Forbbiden Shoryuken= ALOT OF DAMAGE.
Garbage lookin' but VERY useful. Gouken has 3rd Strike Ryus' Super Arts for Ultras and Ryu's got Evil Versions of his 3rd Strike Super Arts.
When someone told me Gouken's ultra was the Denjin I couldn't help but laugh. Biggest fail ever.
It's a pretty sucky lookin' move like someone elses I wont mention *cough*Sagat*cough*, but it's pretty useful. Turns Gouken into more a Jugglenaut
