Namor wasn't up for the rest of the fight, iirc. And, even if Namor gets rejuvenated from the water, the feat doesn't change because he was magically healed. Hell, his body flew too fast for Invisible Woman to even get a forcefield up...
That's beyond Class 60. And that's old Black Bolt. srsly

And amping doesnt count. He is class 60. Amping doesnt mean he is stronger. Amping means he cant do it himself so he is boosting himself with a supplementary power.

As is reforming the electrons in matter to turn it into other stuff. As is his voice, which messes with the electrons in the air. As is his ability to track energy signatures based on electrons. But not seriously I dont have any scans of recent bb feats. I Just know he was depowered and read he was currently class 60. And im pretty sure i saw a scan.
