Supes absorb a galaxy wrecking blast and has endured blast from DS. I think there is a gross overestimation of how potent SS blast really are and there effect on someone of Supes durability.

I don't know how fast SS can hurl blast, although I know how quick Supes reflexes are. I just dont see SS having a easy time nailing a target with Supes flight speed, even if SS has superior travel speed I dont know how fast his blast come at.

If I remember correctly, Surfer can absorb energy....solar and life force energy being among them. Couldn't Surfer simply absorb the stored solar radiation from Superman's body?
I think that is within the realm of possibility, and if I am correct it would quickly leave Superman with all the powers of a normal human.
If that wouldn't work, Surfer could simply radiate red solar energy or create a red sun and neutralize Sumperman's powers. Assuming of course that Surfer knows about Superman's weakness to a red sun (which he should know based on the general knowledge rule of the forum).

I don't recall SS creating a sun, and at any rate Supes body is constantly pulling in solar radiation. He has regenerated instantly from having his energy drained...and its a fairly gradual process regardless. On that note what's the usual time it takes for SS to manifacture energy, I know Supes can move faster then a nanosecond so has SS been able to manifest energy in this time?

I was going to adopt goobers style of putting up a smiley but after seeing u make yet another daft statement i had to respond.
Supes was able to ABSORB the blast, due to its nature. he didnt withstand purely with durability it he rather ABSORBED it. And so what if supes has taken blasts from DS? Supes has been affected by blasts from beings not as powerful as Ds and if we are going by singular high feats, Ss took multiple blasts and hits from Tenebrous and Aegis( near galactus level) and from elder gods and from the unilord without being koed. If i was to use ur inane logic then supes wont even be koing SS at all( SS does have better feats anyway). Not to mention Ss has forcefields to add to his durability. As i said ur claim= ABSOLUTE TRASH
SS can manoever on his board at high speeds while blasting. Supes is constantly hit by blasts from people who move far far far slower than SS.
