You missed the point of what I was trying to get at, it is the people that will be paying the fee and not the corporation because who give the money to the companies? You will have a trickle down from the CEO to the working man paying and it is the modern man paying the fine and not the ones that used slaves.

also, that journal is a journal of management, where, though this may just be arrogance on my part, I don't think they would have the same details about personality psychology as a journal specifically dealing with personality psychology

Understandable. My question is what do you do about how it was found. It's starup. Where "the origin of capital" came from so that said institution could make the high returns it did that were obviously reinvested to create a much bigger enterprise..
