In all seriousness,
If we only looked at PC Superman's high showings, and disregarded his low showings -- Then he would be Skyfather-level, [low in that bracket, sure, but Skyfather-level nonetheless].

But if we take his average showings, and completely disregard the insanity that is, "WHTTMOT" -- Then he would probably be in the same category as current Superman..

Maybe, just maybe, a little higher -- But not much, imo.
