well there won't be much to it, Venom Vs. Anti-Venom, Spidy Vs the winner, or Venom and Spidy Vs Anti or Venom + Anti Vs Spidy.

I really hope thats Brock, it's just got to be him dammit...but the fact he has the eye bits makes me think maybe it's not Brock and dammit I had my hopes up

Well Anti-Venom is owning regular Venom which implies to me its Mac.
