I'm not sure, you would have to ask Hitmaker and Sega why. I didn't port the game to the PSP. It may have been unintentional mistakes though.

Well...whats the difference? I haven't played the dreamcast version since I never had a dreamcast so I don't know what the differences are

The controls are quirky on the PSP, and some of the music is different. Those are the main differences.

You can put your own music into the game but I dunno how
