hi.

Well, I was able to go to the gym for about 2 hours, and I feel good.

What a coincidence, I just finished my cardio session. I'll probably jog in place for about five or ten minutes just to burn extra calories.

That'll be good.

I'll do more cardio exercises before I go to bed tonight.

I'll do more push-ups and sit-ups before I go to sleep, of course. Gotta get the muscles!
