Yeah I could do, I've never actually played the lottery

I wouldn't mind winning the lottery one day.

Unfortunately, it's a form of gambling.

Yep, gambling is something that I refuse to do.

Once you start, it's hard to stop.

I've never done it cause I felt it was a waste of money...I mean sure I could win but I'm not an optimistic person

I'm an optimistic person, but I don't want to risk losing my money.

Besides, most gambling machines are rigged.

I remember seeing something on television about gambling.

Most of the machines are "slightly altered" so that the gambler has a reduced chance of winning.

Yes, because some of the people interviewed the casino managers about the gambling machines.

I don't remember all of it since I saw it a long time ago on television.

Really? They actually admitted that the machines had been...altered?

Well, it was one of those "hidden camera interviews".

The casino managers and the other casino staff members didn't know that they were being recorded, so they gave out some information about the gambling machines.

Obviously, their faces and the name of the casinos were censored.

Yep, which means you'll never find me messing with a gambling machine.

True, but the chances of winning are very slim.

So it would be more likely for you to do lottery rather than a machine if you were to ever gamble
