The odds for winning on slot machines are generally posted. Thus if a machine is listed at 98% payout then that machine pays back 98% of the money that goes in.
The machines are not tampered with because in doing so would bring the wrath of the gaming commission down on their necks. The machines are set to pay out at a certain percentage.
That is how it is in Vegas, AC and most Indian Casinos here in the US.
I know in some of the Caribbean Islands they are more prone to "altering" the payouts as they dont have a Gambling Commission.

Well the doctor died in that sorta alternate dimension yes? Ok so firstly the episode where that hospital was on the moon that old lady who was an alien created a machine that would kill half the earths population I think it was, but it never did happen and the Doctor wasn't there to stop it so what happened there? And then mistake number 2 titanic crashed into London and destroyed London but in that episode where he stopped that the ship would have destroyed planet earth had it hit it, it was even mentioned that the plan was that the titanic would destroy earth and I think the Doctor even admitted it would do that.
Yeah...it's weird. Anyways I really wanna see genesis of the daleks, it's the episode where you find out how they became daleks and why they are the way they are....they didn't start out as tentacled creatures inside a metal box...they were originally kaleds but then radiation made them become tentacled creatures and so Davros decided to make them what they are now and Kaleds was changed to daleks...an anargram of kaleds obviously. 🙂
