That's great. I wouldn't mind going to another country one day.

One of the Christmas traditions in my family is that we always buy ourselves at least one thing that we really want. That way, none of us would be disappointed if we don't get that certain gift for Christmas.

For example...rather than relying on someone else to get me a new watch and risk being disappointed if I don't get the watch for Christmas, I would just buy it myself and start wearing it after Christmas.

It's like I am going anywhere different, it's still the UK...but I guess it'd be interesting...maybe I'll catch the loch ness monster
