We never bought a real tree before because we didn't want to risk having "special guests" in our house.

In fact, I remember seeing a news report about a guy who got bitten by a bat that was in his Christmas tree.

Did he have rabies?

I don't know, but I doubt it.

Hmmm interesting, never heard of a bat living in a tree...a cave sure but not a tree, but I dunno where they stay...all I know is they are in caves but not other places
