Well you need ADAM to survive Rapture, you can only get it from LS or a vending machine, if you harvest a LS once the BD has been destroyed you will take maximum ADAM, but kill the LS since there parasites are symbiotic and removing so will kill her entire cell structure, or you can take which means you get less ADAM but you save the LS life, ADAM is the key to survival in Rapture.
Yep he kept screaming and running into the water to get rid of the fire, so I used electro bolt, which sent electricity throughout the water and zapped him, so he came up, then I used Incineration on him to set him on fire, he goes to the water, then I fry him again using Electro bolt until he died.
