Most of them are crazy and/or weird, but I don't think any of them are mean.
It's amazing how InnerRise was able to tolerate them all, especially when somebody made a spite thread about him. He kept his cool the whole time because the whole situation started because of a joke that was taken too seriously.
Instead of getting to know him, the inhabitants of the off-topic forum just made fun of him and the japanese phrase that he typed in all of his posts. Even some of the people who befriended him are talking negative about him after he got banned.
They complained about how he always wanted attention by constantly typing that Japanese phrase. To be honest, they were the ones who gave him all of the attention. In fact, there are about 2 or 3 threads about his Japanese phrase that was made just to give InnerRise attention.
I don't know why they complained about the Japanese phrase in the first place. There are plenty of people who put their initials at the end of their posts (i.e. Sado22 and Alpha Centauri), but people don't ask them any questions about it. Yet, people feel the need to make fun of and give attention to the "Anata wa wakarimasu ka..." in all of InnerRise's posts.

It's very pathetic.
I bet the main reason why he got perma-banned was because a bunch of people who didn't like him kept reporting him for such small things.
The moderators got tired of it, and they decided to ban him for good.
