Yoshi and steve, it's not about who you WANT banned, it's who refuses to align themselves with forum rules and policies. Beyond that, the pages-long discussion of Innerise and general banning policies is unneeded. He had a warning record a mile long, which included the spam and insults that Yoshi claims he never used.
Don't presume to do the work of others, or question them, without the facts or at least a reasonable argument. Because claiming that some things go punished, others don't, and that the mods show favoritism is confirmation bias at its worst, because it's clear that neither of you is in a position to monitor the activities of the mods and those who cause trouble. At best, it's uninformed whining. At worst, it's an affront to moderators, either specifically or in general, of KMC.
If you have doubts, concerns, or objections beyond these, and can substantiate them beyond vague unpleasantries, I'll be happy and willing to listen to them via PM.
