Cool. How often you goto the gym? What type of schedule are you on?

I don't really have a schedule. Since I have to deal with school and my job, I just workout whenever I have some free time.

There's a commotion in the off-topic forum. It's a thread that was made to bash someone in it's getting filled with arguments.

Strangely, it's the same thing that happened to InnerRise.

Jeez, will people ever learn from the past? Any new info on InnerRise getting banned? Like for how long.

No, there isn't any info on InnerRise. Since his ban is permanent, he won't be coming back. 🙁

I can't believe that people would do that. I don't blame Jacopex for defending himself because the whole thread is just a spite thread aimed at him.

Sorry about InnerRise, I'm sure luck will help you find his e-mail. I agree with you about the thread, people can be so cruel. I mean, who in the right mind would do that? It's just pathetic how people would gang up on one person like that. I might attempt to help him. But then again I'd be turned into a target to...Any suggestions?

I doubt Jacopex needs help since he's a laid-back guy and know how to stay cool under pressure. Both him and InnerRise are capable of remaining calm and, simultaneously, dish out comebacks.

I'm sure he can handle himself. 👆
