Got a question...My laptop has on it ADOBE ImageReady, but it doesnt seem to work, do I have to download something so it can or should I get rid of it and put something else in its place?

No it comes up and then the hourglass comes up and stays. I really don't know what to do..

weird...try shutting down then logging back on, if that still does not work remove it.
