Do you have a Windows XP? If so, then you can change the color of the taskbar by going to the properties.

Do you have a Windows XP? If so, then you can change the color of the taskbar by going to the properties.

My laptop is Windows Vista and my desktop is XP..

XP is better then vista right now.
