No, you know what that means? featless.... 😉 a computer on the other hand is not. Cortana is built especially to heighten MC combat effectiveness and evaluate situations. It seems you have a lot to learn about how to determine characters at least on this form.

I think Dante will die long before MC runs out of ammo, Dante can dodge small arms fire, determined by his feats he may be able to dodge machine guns for a little while. Well its not funny, one has heavy armour from the future and one...well doesnt 😆

Nah, now your being silly because unlike your Laptop, Cortana has operated entire stations by herself, is the living brain of a scientist, is behind the plan to eradicate all of MC flood foes on the halo and can act as a controller for point defences on space ships, evaluation Chiefs tactics and having him employ them is what she does. Its mental reaction speed, that does not give him any edge whatsoever in this fight....
Not really, its a fact, if you stack all the feats on top of eachother we have Cortana who has tactical advantage and speed, we have Chief with armour Dante could never penetrate also based on feats and we have guns faster and stronger than those Dante has faced or dodged. The only thing Dante has any advantage in is ammo, other than that his speed does not>>duel machine guns with computer assistance.
Its Dante who would not be able to keep up with a pair of machineguns and a comp that could likely determine his moves before even he does.

Short duration and thats if its allowed, this is a gun fight, if Dante is allowed all his powers then Chief should be allowed his bubble shields, grenades and all the rest of it. And neither have you.....not that anyone has asked for proof.

Why chief can't win?

B. His best feats aren't really impressive
C. Dante can teleport even if Chief as something of worth hurting him(Spartan Lazar is his best shot).
D.Chief's armor doesn't protect him from being flung into dimensions

It makes it better than Dante at tactically assessing the sitation and determining results that MC can follow, shes done it, does it and is built for it, so its silly attemping to downplay it. Dante is not precise, he can just react to things quickly and thats a completly different feat to what MC is going to use Cortana for which is determing Dantes position based on his movement. Chief isnt going to fire at nothing is he, if Cortana knows where Dante is going to be shes not going to choose a moment where chief cannot react to. And these are machineguns, Dante has never dodged them or come close to it, he could probably just about manage it if MC kept up a obvious line of fire but MC has Cortana to make sure he does not do something as foolish, he could just draw a line around himself with bullets.

spartan laser would be one of the most useless weapons against dante, way to slow powering up
