Sodam Yat-Ion vs. Superman-Prime (not a versus thread)

This is just my "official" betting poll for the fight in the comics. It's about the comic and what will happen in it. It's not up to us to list their feats and say they win 10/10 'cause we're just talking about what we think will happen in the comic. And what hapens in comics seldom is anything like what comic fans think should happen.

Let it be known I fully place my trust in my vote saying SMP will take this fight.

Not really sure who they will make win.

I'm going to go with Prime on this one... just seems like they're setting him up for a fall...

I think the fight is going to be inconclusive. In the end I see Prime helping defeat Anti-Monitor and then leaving New-Earth to find a Earth similar to Earth-Prime.

I see him taking out Yat and then dying while trying to stop AM.

Do we get money if we get it right?

I voted SMP, and I hope he schools that n00b.

I'll go against the grain; personally I am rooting for Sodam Yat-Ion. I just like his character, he's charismatic, and the writers did a good job of capturing that.

He doesn't give a shit who he's up against, he gives it his all, even if it's the anti-monitor himself.

I can at least agree that I think the fight will be inconclusive.....

I think everyone knows my position; I want Yat to beat the ever-loving shit out of Emo Prime.

But I very much doubt that he will.

in a sane world SMP would have yat lickin his own ass in two shakes of a lambs tail, but there is no way there is gonna be all this build up and give yat the ion power and not have SMP take a fall....sad;y this is how i see this ending

A PC Kryptonian should own any Post-Crisis chump like this Sodam and the crappy new Ion power.

As much as we like to joke about pre-crisis comics - things like that tended not to happen.

Not to mention the only kryptonian that did that was Superman, never any others - and, if you wanna complain about it, he still does it post-crisis, too.
