Team 1 wins. Genis is more powerful and formidable than Silver Surfer, and Captain Atom i believe is also superior to Firestorm.

I don't think this Genis was above Silver Surfer, and Captain Atom is DEFINATLY not above "Elemental" Firestorm.

That's why this is Armageddon Captain Atom. Quite a bit more powerful, and a HELL OF A LOT better with his powers.

It did. Atom thought it was Superman, Majestic flew in quickly and attacked Atom without reasoning a few times. Atom got fed up and stopped playing around, and put Majestic down with ease.

They fought again? I remember them meeting again, but it wasnt a fight or anything close to it so it's irrelevant.
