Well Kain cannot simply just with a gesture rip out anyones soul, that was just Kains powers being amped up more then it is by BT.

Well even fighting regular humans, to use "Soul Suck" he would have to injure the human til its almost dead, same thing with Raziel.

No, you're talking about with the Reaver, BT is talking about an attack in Blood Omen 1 called Spirit Death.

yes, like i said, BT amps up kains powers way more then it actually is, infact kains strongest spell is his Lightning.. which isnt even that impressive compared to other characters in games.
