It doesn't matter how hard Black Adam was trying, Superboy prime was wearing his suit and is incredibly durable. Without the suit Superboy's punches hurt him...
Taking punches and attacks from herald level characters doesn't make him even to Odin, not by a long shot. If so, then Thanos is skyfather level.
