Well, of course he can manipulate monica in her "light form". The question is can he do it before monica phases through his magnetic field? Monica in said form is moving at the speed of light, is magneto really gonna be able to influence her light form in time?

That's Dazzler in that scan. She doesn't blast 'sound' out of her hands. She converts sound into light blasts.

Hence, the 'photon' reference.

Of course, but he needs to react inorder to influence it. Monica is not Dazzler, she does not need sound or anywhere near the amount of time to move.

He can literally warp and manipulate her body with. Any energy she projects gets absorbed. She can't win.
