No, Mr Master. As you have read the Endsong, it’s established, PF and Jean are one. Jean is literally physical embodiment of the PF. And since they are one, WPTOC should represent the full might of the Phoenix Force.

So, she was affecting timeline and she was doing pretty easily. Fact, that she can affect time and space. Isn't 15104 diverged from 616, she cut it away. That is like, she can do anything with Eternity at her will, like nothing.
