No need. A friend of mine assured me that it's quite slow tech and can be dodged even by characters at peak human\low level superhuman speed. And I knew about dodging via phasing...but there was lots of uproar about two characters with phasing\pseudophasing abilities.
The matter manip, though, still questionable.

Two people that don't actually even understand Mirror Master's powers (and don't have any evidence. 😐 Wiki's not evidence) are calling for him to be banned? Jeez, there's nothing wrong with phasing at this level (Shinobi Shaw shouldn't be banned IMO, atleast not because of his phasing powers), just because you don't have a defence for it.. deal with it.

So far from what i see of his abilities he seems way over the limit:
Teleportation, ability to go into mirror dimension to avoid damage, ability to banish foes to mirror dimension, and what appears to be an offensive organic matter manipulation ability to turn things into mirrors.

You've seen nothing, you read a wikipedia article and presumed. Several characters that have already been drafted have the ability/tech to avoid it, they just might not have the intelligence to do so.
He doesn't have a "matter manipulation ability" either, he has a gun that turns things into mirrors (which isn't a OHK at all, if you know how to counter it), don't make it sound like it's an internal ability (which, if it was, I could understand the complaint), if you use your prep correctly and powers intelligently then you will see that his abilities really aren't that big of a deal.
He's a human with some flashy technology, that's it. (That's REALLY obvious to defeat, if you have so much as a basic knowledge of physics)
