Klaw is not the invinsible one...he got ranked as low meta and there's a limitation on number of constructs. If anything I consider current Mirror Master much more dangerous. Also by tier system the guy is a borderliner, but...he's not damn invinsible.
About Kira. His abilities are tactile reality\gravity distortion- he was beaten by phasing etc. His ability being tactile makes him eveln less powerful than Ambrose Chase (he was banned because of time manip, not because of gravity distortion).

Hmmm...Trickster's team tried to draft two chars with mystically enchanted armour. Isn't that against p.2 of the rule (I mean Black Knight&Guts)?
Anyway, the list of ones I have something against:
1.Jotaro
2. probably the above-mentioned duo (unless I got an info that it's OK now to have magical armours).
3.Savage Dragon- class 70 brick with incredible healing factor which is the major reason I'm for voting him out, since he's damn slow- but healing factor is the reason of objections. SImply being bulletproof class 70 isn't enough (our team has class 50 bulletproof low-level speedster- who can still be taken out by numerous ways i.e. poisons and gases which are inieffective against Savage Dragon due to healing factor).
And about Klaw- he has a weak point any damn Midningter\Karnak find out- his prothesic "sound claw". One hit there=KO.
Yes, he was a villain worth worries and usually got beaten via plot devices- but if anything he's not against the rules directly. No more than say Mirror Master...actually Quicksilver+Karnak combo can be dangerous to him...

Iron Fist knocked Thing down. Thing was KOed not in physical brawl but due to fact he forgot his earplugs at home.
Klaw was able to create construsts that keep Thing occupated for a while (1-2 minutes before they dissipated).
Also about Galactus- Doom simply used lenses made of Klaw's body to do that feat (focusing an energy of Galactus) and there's no way Klaw can repeat that by himseld. I'm not trying to take Klaw powered up by Beyonder either.
OK, if magic armour was OKed it's fine. Armor isn't weaponry...

Not really, any feats of that nature are because he was possessed by Beyonder.

Where he was able to create things powerful enough to fight the heroes.
Doom captured him and used his body to made a lenses to focus a Galactus power into himself- Klaw can't perform that feat by himself since he doesn't have substantial knowledge.
Also he actually has a vulnerable point which is a reason he was sometimes downed by bricks even without vibranium plotdevices.

His construsts weren't that good under his own power and dissipate after quite a while usually. He has never been a rival to THing in physical plane, actually when Thing doesn't forget his earplugs, he smashes Klaw quite effectively...

He attacked him with sounds to cause a vertigo etc. He's not an unique guy with that powers.
Also there's not much about powers- it's about the knowledge. Also he has never cut his body in parts under his own power AFAIR- changed shapes yes, but.
And we have no scientific genius in our pack so no worries that someone can replicate that energy focusing feat- he never did anything at that level by himself.

Akuki has a number of guys who are borderline. Kira (the gravity manip guy), Klaw (the living sound guy) and Seras Victoria (vampire servant of Alucard).
