Is there any proof that Sage's loss of telepathy is permanent?

I thought she just chose to temporarily make her mind unreadable, but couldn't use her telepathy while doing so?

It's not permanent, it's by her chosing. She can regain it anytime she wants. Which is one reason I want her banned.

With Digimark's entry into the competition Jason4k is now my second lieutenant. He, Soljer and I will decide on veto ratifications.

As for the vetoes, it's up to you, the participants, to present the arguments and get your fellow combatants to buy into it so we judges can remove characters. If no one gets banned it's your own faults for either not making a strong enough case or being disorganized as a team. This method eliminates the accusations of bias on the judges' part and puts the onus of evidence completely on yourselves.

A Quasar who had been depleted and then sucker punched. Everything Klaw did effectivly in that fight, was done purely using the element of surprise.

Is there any evidence that Sage's lack-of-telepathy is anything more than a temporary phase that she forces onto herself?

No timestop. I'm drafting him before the 'Dio's world' arc, which means he doesn't have his timestop powers.

None whatsoever. the whole lack-of-TP thing is a shield she created. Her TP skills are focused on creating an telepathic shield. If she stops creating the shield, she gets her full TP powers back.

BTW, if Venom is above Spiderman in all categories, how can he be in a spiderman level tourney?

He's not better than him in all categories (reflexes/speed Spidey is slightly >, if nothing else), and post upgrades one might even make a case for Spidey. I agree he's better in overall power though.

And Jotaro seems...durable and strong for this level. I'm pretty sure that amount of damage would destroy Spidey/Venom/anyone at that level/etc. Consider me against him (provisionally).
