I knew I had heard of dragon before the respect thread. The reason is he took on Spawn. I have Spawn on my computer I will get the scans.

I think Dragon sort of threw the fight or gave up because he thought he was dreaming.
And this was issue 52 of Spawn so he was pretty powerful. 🙂

Beating Spiderman on panel is not the reason to be over the caps- the cap is low meta tier.So Venom (Brock Venom), is quite OK. At least his record of resisting his general weaknesses hasn't sky-rocketed so far.
1. This will be a Spider-Man/Low Meta Tier Tournament. The characters do not need to be less powerful than Spider-man himself, simply in the same power class. There is no cap on how powerful your amalgamation can be. The limits are simply on the individual members of your roster prior to amalgamation.2. No magic (spell casting or magical attacks). Magically granted physical abilities (strength, agility, etc., barring senses) are allowed.
3. No offensive telepathy (mind reading, mental bolts, emotion manipulation, psychic illusions, mind wiping, mental location tracking). Short term, limited clairvoyance (akin to a "Spider-sense"😉, and other passive telepathic traits will be allowed.
4. No offensive matter manipulation. Only the elements of the battlefield can be altered. No character that can manipulate their opponents molecular structure (organic components), will be allowed. Manipulation of inorganic material is allowed, but direct use on the opposition is banned.
5. No time manipulation powers or technology.
6. No one-shot kill abilities (example, Omega Red's "Death Factor", Rogue's soul/life-force absorption, etc.).
This tornament has removed:
1. Ban on multiples
2. Ban on chars with inorganic body (Charcoal, Klaw etc- though Klaw still has damageable by common means part of his body).

Fox makes a point. If your letting the participants take part on who's in and out and they think he should be banned, but you disagree. How is that policing themselves?

Shinobi Shaw's durability is also rated as 7. Also current (cloned) Klaw has that durability because his claw was replaced by sonic construct. Also he's durable but it's still possible to knock him down, BFR etc.
By the way, the "giant train" feat required special curcumstances- to do that he had to absorb sounds from entire city block and he never did anything like that when he was working in team *that's no neutering, that's just a common sence so as not hurt his teammates*. He can't just increase in size like Giant Man by drawing energy from some extradimensional source. And that's not the one-moment thing.
So it requires a)prep;b)sufficient amouth of sound
Charcoal and Shinobi Shaw, who can make their bodies diamond-hard, are also rated as 7 in terms of durabilty, that's no wonder.
