Also, being bulletproof does what exactly if he is? What is Venom? What about Darkhawk?
Also, bullets don't affect affect a lot of people that could be in this tourney... hell Cap got up from one to the head.

I think something needs to be revealed. As some of you know, I've been trying to get Sage banned. Alot of you asked why.
Blair hopes to use her power on Jubilee, and awaken Jube's potential. Sub-atomic matter detonation. This is confirmed in Cresh's respect for her, and several characters comment on her potential. Sage is someone who can unlock said potential.
she's also a high end telepath with no restrictions on her TP other than a self-imposed shield. Those of you who harbor any hope of winning this, join me in banning her. Or we're all dead meat. 😬

Ok, maybe. Has Jubes ever actually displayed this power on-panel? Because working on potential is suspect, at best.
TP doesn't bother me otherwise only because it can't be used for offensive purposes. If they're using it to make Jubilee into Jenny Qunatum, that's one thing. But TP in and of itself won't do much in this tourney.
Wouldn't this all get fixed with a meshing cap? Say, Low Herald limit?
