I am going to vote against jotaro. He has time stop abilities and his durability is in questions. It seems only others like himself can actually hurt him. Unless someone convinces me otherwise, he might as well be superman to every other combatant since there are no others like him.

What does everyone think of Seras Victoria?

"Another ability whose presence is analogous to Anderson's 4-dimensional status is telekinesis or more accurately tactile telekinesis. Despite having a slight frame and little weight she has the greatest lifting strength and load bearing abilities of all characters but her limbs come under none of the normal strain of such weight and such objects do not crumble when carried

She has a few other things that I saw, but I wanna see how powerful this tactile telekinisis is.

Also, Venom? I mean seriously, how do you have someone who can clearly beat up Spiderman ( I mean yea, used properly others can, but Venom has been shown on panel to do it more times than not)

Her tactile telekinesis is limited to neutering the recoil of the weapons she fires if she ever has any TK- she can't move objects ala Superboy.

Furthermore her left arm, which had been severed at the shoulder, is restored as the same type of shadow matter that Alucard can manipulate. It seems that upon becoming a full vampire, Seras has inherited some of Alucard's powers, and perhaps whatever modifications Hellsing had made to him as well.

Alucard is the beast of the beasts of the beasts but in reality what Seras "inherited" is a left hand made of solid shadow which can be shapeshifted into wing, shield, tentacle(tentacles) or whip-like weapon or be used as normal hand, regeneration and the vampiric ability to gain the experience of the victim after killing her\him and sucking his\her blood. That's all.

The ban is on offensive telepathy, not on telekinesis\pyrokinesis\any other stuff. And NOBODY of our picks has an offensive TP or true TP (though chi-manipulating abilities of Kenshiro can sometimes result in manipulating his opponent's body due to taking the flow of chi though his body under his control, but it doesn't affect the mind and useful only against chi-users (like Iron Fist)- what's more, the mind of victim isn't affected, he\she realizes what happens and can counter that just well if knows what happens- Iron Fist has pretty much the same trick with direction of the chi through his hand into opponent's body).

Read this before you vote.

1st off, if Jotaro is hurt, his stand is useless. It shares the same damage. And duping a full amalgam is much worse.

2nd, that was a vampire, not Jotaro.

3rd, you're comparing Star Platinum to that vampire. But Jotaro is only human, and Star Platinum requires him to breathe and concentrate to use the power.

4th, if that vamp grabbed Jotaro, he'd be dead in a few seconds. He doesn't have the hamon power to destroy vampires with.

5th, damage done by Za Warudo is not an issue. Those feats are part of a storyline I cannot use and are discounted for this tournament. Finally, it wasn't just timestop he acquired. Jotaro unleashed the full power of Star Platinum, which he could not do before that arc. Getting the time stop power did upgrade Star Platinum's abilities, whether Akuki wishes to acknowledge it or not. He was getting murdered by Dio before it woke up. He only started winning when he got the power to stop time.

6th, Akuki is attempting to ban Jotaro for his stand, but stands have weaknesses and Star Platinum's strength is in it's direct combat. But outside a straight fight, it's weak. It's range is only 1, maybe 1.5 meters.

7th, Star Platinum had trouble deflecting knives later in the story, so the bullet feat is inconsistent. and we never see Star Platinum deal with a modern machinegun, or even an automatic. Bullets go through stands. Jotaro, unlike Spidey, cannot dodge bullets.

8th, damage to Star Platinum impairs his abilties, and vice-versa. He take a few bullets to the chest or gets a bone broken, Star Platinum gets weakened and suffers the same injuries. Who's to say magic weapons won't hurt a stand? The subject of magic never came up in the series. And there is a magic bow&arrow that can affect stands.

9th, A stand requires a fighting spirit and strong willpower to control. If that willpower falters and the spirit weakens, the stand turns on the user and starts destroying their body. This is proven by Holly, Jotaro's mother. His quest was to save her from her stand, which was killing her. It put her into a coma.

10, THERE'S NO FREAKING TIMESTOP! I drafted him before the 'Dio's world' story arc, HENCE, NO TIMESTOP.

Have to agree, why do you think I haven't rallied for Jotaro's expulsion. T'was only the time-stop I was concerned over.

So, as I am not good with this anime stuff, he CAN be hurt by other things then these "stands"? Because without timestop, I don't really have problem with him if he can.
