More PEOPLE than Spider-man. If I take a power copier (I mentioned Exiles Mimic earlier as an example, who, at his base state would be allowed through the same loophole) he can stack powers.

There's also the flying horse...

And his f*cking horse allows him to survive in any habitat, whether it be underwater and what-not. Plus, he can call it from anywhere, at anytime, and it's pretty damn fast itself. His shield also can basically absorb any energy (kinetic, electric, etc), and it's taken shots from some pretty tough people with nothing doing.

I find it hilarious how you can react so bad to Darwin, and then try and pass BK off as a good pick.
