He can still hit a skyscraper with the force of a jet. he can still release enough energy in battle to make the grand canyon. he's skilled enough to give Classic KK an awesome hand to hand fight. He's a BEAST.

Yeah. I feel like the peer review system isn't working so well. Great concept, but b*tching is at an all-time high to ban people (it happens every tourney and is to be expected, but not this bad) and all sorts of suspect picks will likely get through because getting 12 votes is fragging hard.
More than that, tourneys breed the worst in people. I don't know if it's because I expect better behavior and then find rampant immaturity and attempts to circumvent the rules (in any tourney, not just this one) or if it's because the constant bickering just gets to me after a while whether I'm involved in it or not, but this period of the tourney reminds me why I don't enter many.
Ill knows his stuff and did a great job hashing out some interesting rules. I really wish he'd step in more on allowing/disallowing characters, because I trust his judgement more than most (he's also unbiased since he's directing) and it would get rid of a lot of the fighting.

I completely agree. It just seems that people are trying to jump over ill's head on this one. I mean when ever the guys not around , the mice come out to play, or at least try to make their own rules. Unless ill organizes this a little better I doubt I'll be participating in this one. My time these days is very limited here in kmc, and I just hate to see everyone trying to run the show. That just leads to utter confusion.

Nvr, as far as I know, the manga is the main source, with the anime supplementing. I don't think the movie is canon though.
Kenshiro did all those feats with crushing the skyscrapers due to skills, not to strength. In fact he has no superpowers apart from his skills. And it's questionalble whose chi-feats are madder- his or current Iron Fist's.
In fact his skyscraper feat is quite akin to a few Karnak's feats. Chi-overload technique has nothing to do with strength, in fact, a teenage girl who mastered that martial art can do the same.
And as for Iron Man...well, without his arnmour he certainly would be killed (though there are some armour piecing techniques, but to hit flying opponent you need good luck😉 ).

Most people think wolverine is poorly skilled not realizing that the Katar is Wolverine's primary fighting style.

Energy weapons still can get Ken.
