You are referring to that one? If you are, I'm going to have to vote against. Unless you can make a REALLY convincing argument about how he is within the limits.

Why don't more people have problems with Mirror Master? He's clearly got offensive organic matter manipulation.

He does seem to break the rules on that area. I myself don't really have problem with him, but if he breaks the rules, I vote against him.

And MM does have organic matter manipulation.....

Luthor Manning would be ok. But the thing that really irks me about Collins is his nanotech regeneration.
