Actually, the Riot of Blood weakened Iori instead of empowering him. Plus, he was already drained from fighting mukai, and pwning Kyo&Shingo.

Faceman is in the academy. He is really pushing it just to be in the tourney. He prolly won't vote on anyone as it takes alot of research. Hell I still don't understand the manga stuff. So I can't even give sound voting.

It's 2/3 of the participants, and there's 18 participants. Given that no team is more than 3 people no team can block any given veto against themselves. If a team isn't making their opinion heard and holding up the process it's not my personal concern, it's up to the participants to organize themselves and their teams and get things accomplished.

Also, the vote is not the only factor in getting characters removed. You need evidence to substantiate your contention. If evidence is presented that proves a character is beyond the caps or violates a rule, regardless of the votes, the character will, and have been, removed. We've already had 6 characters banned and removed via this policy.

I'm gonna be a jerk. Ban Dalek sec. I've never seen a Dalek's armor broken outside of the Doctor doing it. Or Dalekanium, an unstable explosive from an alternate future.

Dalek Sec

Dalek Sec was the leader of the Cult of Skaro and the Dalek responsible for the Battle of Canary Wharf in 2007. He was designated by his black casing. (DW: Doomsday)

In Doomsday Dalek Sec was forced to use emergency temporal shift to avoid being pulled into the void. This telepoted him and the rest of the cult to 1930's new york.

Sec was notable for apparently possessing telepathic abilities in addition to the telekinetic power common to all Daleks. He displayed a capacity for truly radical thought, being the first Dalek to believe that their physical form could be in any way less than perfect, an idea which even the other members of the Cult found initially repellent. As a result, he became the first Human-Dalek hybrid as part of the "Final Experiment", combining with Mr. Diagoras, using his flesh to become independent of the Dalek shell. However, the other Daleks eventually relieved him of his command, no longer considering him to be a Dalek. He was exterminated by Dalek Thay after taking a shot meant for the Doctor. - Breaking of the "No Time Manipulation" Rule (has time travel tech)
- Breaking the "No Offensive Telepathy" Rule (had telepathy/mind reading).

He can also heighten his body's density, making him diamond-hard, providing resistance to injury. Shinobi is also able to phase a body part (such as his hand) into the body of another person and increase the density, causing great physical damage. Interphasing touch allows him to scramble the molecules of whatever he touches.

Interphasing touch? Scrambling molecules? That sounds like a OHK.
