A good deal, she is already impressive considering her style was formed just by watching Ryu, if trained by him, she will be at least at his level.

Not really speed, agility yes, due to her smaller, more slender body.

She does have the advantage of speed.

Her moves are a lot quicker than Ryu's moves.

Ryu's style revolves around single, accurate, strong strikes now that I think about it, he's not a speedster, Sakura is faster, you are right, as are Ken and Gouki.

If she did, she would be overtly muscular and lose her speed edge, in other words no she wouldn't. And Gouki is stronger than Ryu and faster than Sakura. 😉
