If Prime's resistance to magic is being played up to the extent I've been hearing, then he'd likely take this if it came down to a strait up fight. Thor could probably win through indirect methods(such as BFR) but if Prime's pretty much immune to magic then it's going to severely limit Thor's options...

King Thor is not going to BFR Prime. Prime's basically immune to magic from what we've seen. King Thor would have to resort to physical force, and that's where he would lose this match.

he'd take off Prime's head with physical force. KT is substantialy stronger than all of the people who have hurt Prime except maybe Bart /wSpeedforce
