Batman vs. the artist formerly known as the Champion (elder of the universe) in a pure fighting match.

They are locked in an unbreakable glass cage, perforated for air.

Champion depowers himself so that he is exactly equal to Batman in terms of strength. Now they do like Foreman and Ali.

Which one scores the K.O.?

Based upon what I've seen on panel from the Champion...

um....impressing you is not important you know, the handbook entry states that he has had over 50 thousand bouts and all were ko's.
even if that is old news, that is plenty more fights than all of the bat family put together. experience counts for something if not everything
