REX'S STAR WARS GAME- Retrospection

Started by Peach46 pages

Does that count towards the limit from the Retro games or is it separate?

I suppose it is considered separate. You've always got Rylis to work on, you know.

True. Josh and I should pick that game back up again at some point...

I'm considering coming up with another Galder game. Hopefully I'll plan this one a bit better than the last one, which I basically just winged most of 😛

Sometimes that's how my better ideas come about.

I'd appreciate it! You've got a lot of empty time to steal from.

Hah! Well we'll see. I'll probably wait until we finish Rianna's fall to start working on that. I'm not an endless repository of story ideas, like you seem to be 😛

We were also both looking at that and probably will want to continue it soon, yeah.

If you'd like! I will admit that that game is heavily influenced by Nazi Zombies...

Really...I hadn't noticed at all...😛

Shush your face.

Feel free to dabble in Galder's background. He spent a lot of time under the Corsair Pazol and then fighting in a multitude of mini-wars.

Never! D:

Yeah, I may have to do some background-digging and see what torture - I mean fun - I can come up with...

Pazol was not a nice person. Gathol turned Galder into the blunt tool that he has always been, but it was Pazol that made him nasty.

Well, yeah, kind of figured that no Darkie is a nice person...😛

Updaaaate! I am so impatient for this last part of my game 😂

Patience isn't really your thing, nor is it Rianna's.

So! Josh. It's been awhile since I've heard much about the group that kidnapped Dak. Want to run it by me again? Also, a refresher on the reason you were kidnapped as well, though I think I already recall it having to do something with the Queen of Arnia having a vision...

Nope, patience is definitely not my thing. However, I can blame you for me being so impatient here at least 😄

What I wrote a long while back was:

"His chance came when a group of offworlder Dark Jedi, who had hidden on Arnia, destroyed his family while escaping from a pair of Jedi sent by the Republic. The leader of the Dark Jedi, Tyra Manette, felt Dak’s hatred, and his Force potential. Always seeking fresh blood, Manette kidnapped the Arnian boy instead of killing him, and the group made a successful escape off the planet. Dak was told about the Force, and was hungry for the power and respect it could bring to him, gladly becoming Manette’s newest pupil; immersing himself in the Dark Side. Over the next several years, while participating in the group’s mercenary work, Dak grew strong in the Force, particularly in the area of deception. Under Allori Rhen, the group’s best duelist, he learned Niman and followed it into Jar'Kai."

Feel free to play with it as you see fit, though.

Aside from Manette and Rhen, how many would you say were in the group? I might not have everyone be Dark Siders, just to mix things up.

I take it you have more plans again 😛

Aside from Dak and the two mentioned, I'd say two more at the fewest, five more at the most.

I'm already envisioning the group dynamic. Manette is a power-mad Heretic that has the non-Force-users of the group more or less dominated with Corruption, with Rhen (a jaded Corsair that has survived into older age) as her Dominated pet to keep everyone else in line. The other two Force-users I'm working on.

Sounding good!

Could also see some dynamic going on where Manette in her Heretic-ness has bestowed Dak with talk of an important destiny that he feels strained to fulfill.

That sounds like an entertaining group dynamic 😛 Yay for pet Corsairs?

Meanwhile I am possibly being very stupid in my game right now (totally a good idea to taunt the person tracking you down when they have you pretty much under their control for the moment, right?) but...it's entertaining at least!
