Patience isn't really your thing, nor is it Rianna's.
So! Josh. It's been awhile since I've heard much about the group that kidnapped Dak. Want to run it by me again? Also, a refresher on the reason you were kidnapped as well, though I think I already recall it having to do something with the Queen of Arnia having a vision...
What I wrote a long while back was:
"His chance came when a group of offworlder Dark Jedi, who had hidden on Arnia, destroyed his family while escaping from a pair of Jedi sent by the Republic. The leader of the Dark Jedi, Tyra Manette, felt Dak’s hatred, and his Force potential. Always seeking fresh blood, Manette kidnapped the Arnian boy instead of killing him, and the group made a successful escape off the planet. Dak was told about the Force, and was hungry for the power and respect it could bring to him, gladly becoming Manette’s newest pupil; immersing himself in the Dark Side. Over the next several years, while participating in the group’s mercenary work, Dak grew strong in the Force, particularly in the area of deception. Under Allori Rhen, the group’s best duelist, he learned Niman and followed it into Jar'Kai."
Feel free to play with it as you see fit, though.
I'm already envisioning the group dynamic. Manette is a power-mad Heretic that has the non-Force-users of the group more or less dominated with Corruption, with Rhen (a jaded Corsair that has survived into older age) as her Dominated pet to keep everyone else in line. The other two Force-users I'm working on.
That sounds like an entertaining group dynamic 😛 Yay for pet Corsairs?
Meanwhile I am possibly being very stupid in my game right now (totally a good idea to taunt the person tracking you down when they have you pretty much under their control for the moment, right?) but...it's entertaining at least!
